How much does it cost to work with you?

Strategy-only engagements start at €2,000. MVP builds start at €15,000. Complex SaaS with mobile can reach €100,000+. Every project gets a fixed quote upfront. No hourly surprises, no scope creep billing. You can stop after any phase if the market signal isn't there.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Most MVPs ship in 4 to 12 weeks depending on complexity. Typically you'll see a clickable UI early, then we build the backend once the flows are right. If you add multiple user roles, payments, and integrations, timelines move closer to 8 to 12 weeks.

Do you work with existing teams?

Yes. I can embed as a senior engineer or technical lead. I'm comfortable with code reviews, ownership, and keeping quality high using the same standards I learned in enterprise environments.

What if I'm not technical, can we still work together?

Absolutely. Many of my clients are non-technical founders. I translate tradeoffs into plain English and I'll tell you what matters, what doesn't, and what to do next.

Do you provide ongoing support after launch?

Yes. I offer post-launch support for bugs, small improvements, and performance work. We'll decide what level of support makes sense for your stage.

Do you take equity instead of payment?

Generally no. I've found that cash alignment keeps projects focused and timelines tight. That said, for the right founder and the right idea, I'm open to hybrid arrangements. But I'll need to see validation first.

Where are you based? Do timezones matter?

I'm based in Vienna, Austria (CET). I've worked with clients across the US, UK, and APAC. As long as we can find 2-3 hours of overlap for syncs, we'll make it work. Most communication happens async anyway.

What happens if I'm not happy with the work?

We work in milestones, so you see progress before paying for the next phase. If something isn't working, we fix it or we stop. I'd rather lose a project than deliver something I'm not proud of.
