How this differs from hiring an agency.
An agency is worth it when you need five specialists at once. For an app with one clear main job, this is the difference.
What sits behind the screens.
Drawing the screens is the quick part. Most of the work sits behind them: taking payments, handling logins, and keeping the app running once real people use it. That is all included.
I build all of it myself
I do the design, the code, the database, the login and the admin area myself. So you explain your idea once, to the person who builds it. If a designer has already drawn it, I build it that way.

What it costs.
There is one offer with one price. You pay the engineer who writes the code, and nobody in between takes a cut.
Your app
The main job of your app, meaning one workflow, built completely by me and put online so real people can use it.
How the money works
First I write a plan for your app, from €1,500. It says what the app will do, what I build first, what each part costs, and what the final price is.
An example: your app costs €12,000. You pay €1,500 for the plan first. Then you pay the other €10,500 in parts, each one only after you have seen that part working. The plan is included in the €12,000.
The plan is yours to keep, even if you stop after it. It is written in plain language, so another developer could build from it too.
After launch, I can look after your app from €600 a month: updates, small changes and fixes. This is optional, and you can pause it at any time.
All prices are without VAT. Customers in Austria pay 20% VAT on top. Businesses in other EU countries pay the VAT in their own country.
What one workflow looks like
Say you want a CV generator. Your user pastes a link to a job ad. The app reads the ad, writes a matching CV from what the user has told it, and saves it to their list, ready to download. The signup, the database, the admin area and the payments are part of it. All of that together is one workflow.

What makes it cost more
More types of users, subscriptions and refunds instead of one-off payments, and connections to software you already use.
More customers, more data or a different design do not change it. On the free call I tell you roughly what your project will cost, before you pay anything. The plan then turns that into one fixed price, in writing.
If your product needs more than one workflow
We pick the one that matters most and build that properly first. Anything else gets its own price later, and you see both numbers before you decide. You do not have to work out whether your project has one workflow or several, because I sort that out with you.
You pay for a piece only after you have watched it run on a live link.
Every piece you pay for goes into your own GitHub account that day, and every account is in your name.
I build what the plan says. A new idea gets its own price, and you decide first.
You can stop after any finished piece and keep everything you have paid for.
What I do not sell at this price
- A big app with several types of users, subscription tiers, its own admin area and AI features, all at once.
- Separate apps for iPhone and Android. I build one app that installs on any phone.
- A logo and brand design from scratch. If a designer has already made your designs, I build them exactly.
- New features with no end in sight.
- Official security certificates such as SOC 2 or ISO. My code can pass that kind of audit, but I cannot issue the certificate itself.
Before you spend anything
- If ready-made software you can buy already does your job, I will say so in my first reply. That happens, and it costs you nothing.
- If you have less than €12,000 to spend, I will tell you in my first reply that it is not enough. You will know right away, without paying anything.
- If what you actually need is an official security certificate, I will point you to someone who issues them.
